Austin Police Retired Officers Association (APROA)
Meets 2nd Wednesday of odd numbered months at 12:30pm, at the Elk’s Lodge, 700 Dawson Road in Austin. The 2010 meeting schedule is shown below:

APD Retiree Luncheon - 2010
APD will hold its annual Retiree Luncheon on Wednesday, April 21st. Additional information will be mailed out by APD.
APROA Social Events
The membership approved funding for two large social gatherings for 2010 and the next one will be held MAY 15th, 2010 at the Manchaca Fire Hall.
We did have a request to have one of the gatherings in North Austin but as of this date we have not been able to find a location that is low cost and large enough for our group. If you know of a North Austin location that we might be able to use, which will hold 200 – 250, contact Randy Malone, 512-658-0692, with the information.
Los Pistoleros (motorcycle guys)
Meets every Monday at 9:30 am at Waterloo Icehouse, 8600 Burnet Road in Austin. Meetings open to all officers who may want to go on one of their rides. Click Here to visit the Los Pistoleros website
Austin-area gatherings
FIRST WEDNESDAY of each month Breakfast at El Gallo, 2910 S. Congress in Austin at 8:00 am.
SECOND TUESDAY of each month, Lunch at the Sirloin Stockade in Taylor at 11:00am (New Location north of town on Highway 95)
LAST WEDNESDAY of each month Lunch at the Highlander Restaurant in Burnet, Tx.at 11:30 AM
Austin Police Association
Meets the second full week on February, May, August and October at 7pm. The President will decide the day and time and members will be notified.
If you contact the APA they should add you to the mailing list so you will be notified about the meetings.
