Our Fall Social is booked for Saturday,
October 5, 2024. We will start gathering around 11:00
am, food (Mexican) served at 12:30 pm, Pfluger Hall,
203 E. Pecan St., Pflugerville, TX 78660. This Social
is free to Members, APD Retired Civilians and one
guest each. An added guest will cost $10.00.
We will be making name tags so please include the
name(s) of your guest when you RSVP. Please send RSVP

Our Spring Big Money-Big Prize Raffle
worked well but we are still trying to figure out
the right combination on cost of tickets and what
prizes will help the tickets sell. We had many suggestions
for prizes earlier this year so we went with 5 each
$1,000.00 gift cards, allowing the winner to do what
ever they cared to do with their winning ticket. While
the raffle almost paid for the Spring Social, we were
hoping to sell all tickets; we did not.
Below you will see the prizes for the
Fall Raffle. We cut the price as many felt $100.00
a ticket was too high, adding a bonus if you buy multiple
tickets, $50.00 each or four for $175.00.
The Fall Raffle kicks off on Wednesday
7/10/2024 at our General Membership Meeting. We start
with ticket numbers 001 through 500, with #106 being
claimed by the Haffelder family. Do you have a lucky
number?

here. In the Pay Pal box under the 'What was purchased',
enter what you purchased. Then the next box 'Total
$', enter the total amount amount of item(s) purchased,
i.e. 50.00 a ticket or 4 for 175.00, etc. and make
your payment selection method. When your payment comes
in we will know what it is for and will get your items
purchased or ticket stubs in the mail to you.
